Along with Ferran Adrià and Juli Soler, he had his first lesson at the legendary El Bulli. He has worked at Tickets-BCN and 41º with Albert Adrià and the Iglesias brothers, completing his international experience with stays at extremely prestigious establishments, such as The Aviary in Chicago with Grant Achatz, Jaleo in Washington with José Andrés and Soeta in Brazil, alongside Bárbara Verzola and Pablo Pavón.
