He has worked at Tickets-BCN and 41º with Albert Adrià and the Iglesias brothers, completing his international experience with stays at extremely prestigious establishments, such as The Aviary in Chicago with Grant Achatz, Jaleo in Washington with José Andrés and Soeta in Brazil, alongside Bárbara Verzola and Pablo Pavón. Once in Cadaqués, Manel shared an extensive menu of cocktails and mixed drinks with us, which reveal his acquired experience, and, at the same time, a creative spirit that has many pleasant surprises in store. This past 2016, they opened the cocktail bar 'DOBLE by Manel Vehí' in Barcelona, where they share the establishment with the restaurant L'EGGS by Paco Pérez.
